I write a weekly romantic newsletter. So, people often ask me exactly what the most romantic love songs are.

Before I present my list, I have to qualify it. I do believe an incredible love song captures both the general emotions of romance that has, but strikes a selected cord to the couple due to their special and individual experiences. Therefore, love songs are particular for the couple.

Still, I believe you can find songs which might be just plain romantic, whoever the pair is. These songs meet with couples whatever their live and relationship experiences. They also transcend the generalities that make a typical song seem like a Hallmark card. Romance is obvious in this music and you will probably accept 2 or 3 of my picks.

So, without further ado, here is my set of the 10 most romantic love songs in recent history.

    10. Change the World – Eric Clapton

    9. Eternal Flame – Bangles

    8. Everything I Do (I Do it for You) – Bryan Adams

    7. I Will Always Love You – Whitney Houston

    6. My Heart Will Go On – Celine Dion

    5. Someone’s Got Ahold of My Heart – Bob Dylan

    4. Somewhere Out There – James Ingram and Linda Ronstadt

    3. I have Always Loved You – Enrique Iglesias

    2. Unforgettable – Nat King Cole or Nat King Cole and Natalie Cole

    1. You’re the Inspiration – Chicago

Can you disagree with my report on the 10 most romantic love songs in recent history? Needless to say you do! You wouldn’t certainly be a romantic should you accepted somebody else’s list point blank.

So, I encourage you to take a seat to make your individual list of most romantic songs. It’ll place you in a great mood!
